I was able to add another recipe card to the recipe book. Oh how pretty it is to look at! I love blues, and these Maya Papers are so delicious to work with! If you look really closely I attached a little close peg my super duper kind friend Shelley made for me! She makes these for her Pink Petunia shop, so thank goodness I can get more....she has them in every shade you can think of! Thank-you Shelley!
I coloured my Saturated Canary image in copics...yes, they have been getting some use lately. I had to change it up a little! Nothing else was working for the moment!LOL
Yummy just out of the oven good! Great to snack on! May have to grab one tonight while I watch the Detroit/Chicago game....oh I just love playoff time! But I am a Pittsburg Fan, big time. So I am looking forward to the Pittsburg/Boston series.
Here is my recipe for Blue Berry Muffins
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sour cream
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups blueberries
1. Combine eggs, oil, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
2. Sift dry ingredients together in separate bowl.
3. Add to wet ingredients, stirring until moistened, yet still a little lumpy.
4. Add blueberries and stir lightly to distribute them evenly.
5. Pour into greased muffin tin.
6. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or golden brown.
Enjoy!!!!!
