Happy Easter...Happy Spring to all! I finally was able to pop in and post my bunny card! Oh these little guys are just way too cute! I love how stamps come with dies....it makes it so nice and easy.
I am not sure what this type of card is called, so I will call it a pop up card! I am totally loving this style.... It is a fairly simple card but simple is were its at for me right now! LOL
Have a wonderful day....Kerri your template will be coming in the happy mail soon!!!
Happy Easter to you Susan!!! I know you visit and I really appreciate your comments!!
Making a baby card is by far my favourite....and with these dies it makes it that much more fun! I had this vision of a window that opens up to the summer breezes and a clothes line and on the line were little onesies! So I did a little playing around and came up with this little card!
Not that happy how my tree branch turned out, but I did need this card for today and only had a few hours to create. I know that seems like a lot of time. But trust me, I'm not that fast at all!
The shower is for a little boy that is set to arrive the end of April so out came all the blue patterned paper. I do love the blues but I must say pink is my all time favourite! LOL
Well, I am off to deliver my card today....have a wonderful day!
Well maybe not quite yet around these neck of the woods, but soon....
I needed a birthday card to give to someone that has a birthday in April (yes on the day of the Masters) and is a huge golfer! So I wanted to make another pull slider card.....
I pulled out the distress inks to colour all the dies and my little golfer guy from LOTV. I tell you, I am very rusty. I have found that when you don't do this after while you kind of lose your knack at it!
Spring officially arrives here in Ontario tomorrow...yahoo! So you can tell spring is on my mind here on the blog. I used another Dreamerland stamp called Happiness Is.
I used the my ever so favourite Martha Stewart punches to do the tree. And the tree truck I just cut myself and then ran it thru the cuttlebug with an embossing folder I had that I thought would give the resemblance of a rough tree bark. I coloured up my image with prismas pencils and cut her out so that she fit under my tree.
Hopefully spring will arrive here and stay!
Finally we have some hints of spring here.....it has been so cold here and today the sun is shining and the birds are loving it and so I am to tell you the truth. I created a card that you could pull the tab on the left side and the image goes thru the grass. The image is from Dreamerland Crafts and the image is called Feeling Good....and oh with this weather I am!
I hope your day is going well and your weekend is going to be even better!
Well...I am not quite sure where spring is around here...We didn't get the snowstorm as badly here as they did in the States, but it is very cold here. So I decided to make cards that make me feel a bit like spring is coming.... I started with the butterfly die and cut the inside and coloured it with prismas and then laid the cut die on top, made up some flowers and made a small arrangement.
