the joys of summer.....

Me and summer seem to go hand and hand! I just love this time of year that is for sure. It will be even better once the kids are out of school and we can enjoy it! I actually was so happy to have won this stamp set from Our http://www.ourcraftlounge.com/Craft Lounger ! It has to be the cutest stamp set...full of wonderful summer images!

life is good.....

Life is good...the weather is co-operating and I received this awesome image from a wonderful blogging buddy! I fell in love with it...and thought it would be so fun to colour! This guy is in for a feast!I so love to finish the inside of my cards...for me I think it might be an excuse everytime just to play a little more with my stamps! I used "Vintage Picnic" from Papertrey and it has got to be one of my most used and most loved stamp collection!

Isn't summer the best time of the year! No more heavy winter coats and boots....the temperatures are wonderful, the sun is out, at least most of the days! I love doing summery cards..... This chick is so ready for the beach....she has her picnic basket and she is ready to spend the day just relaxing...isn't that what summer is all about!

Another recipe card to add to my growing collection! I am so thrilled to be making my recipe booklet! It has been sooo much fun...make a card and then I just try to match it with a recipe card! Too fun!
