A couple of weeks ago, Stamping Bella had a challenge to paper piece....I was so inspired by all the cards submitted that I decided to have a try at this paperpiecing. After paperpiecing the big guys shirt,I took some copic markers to give it a bit of shading. I coloured the image with copics as well as prismas and lyras.I hope you have some fantastic weather where you are...and can get some grillin' going!

Great card and paper-piecing, Christine. Your coloring is great, as always. Thanks for the reminder that it's still summer, because once school starts it seems like summer's over. When I was growing up school never started until after Labor day which is the first week-end in September. Glad you've had such grand weather because I remember you lonnnging for warmer weather. Hope this winter is kinder to you.

Hi Christine, love your paper piecing of this big guy! What a cute image. Like how you used the houndstooth paper as a layer too. My big guy has been known to go out and grill in the snow if the steak is right!!!!! Nicely done.
