For the tissue flower, die cut eight of the size you wish using the spellbinders nestabilities scallop circle die.
Now fold each flower in half three times to form the petals. Die cut one more scallop flower, this time with cardstock. This will be your base. Cover the top with glue or score tape.
Now begin adhering the petals to the cardstock base, aligning the point of each petal to the center. Continue around, using all eight folded flowers. Now you can place a button in the center of your flower or even a pearl!
Here is my card using these cute little tissue flowers! Now for my background image I used "Pie In the Window" from Ellen Hutson's site. I used Tilda with her broom and cut out the broom. I used lyras and then my light blue copics for the window and around the image!

I hear ya on the weather, my girls are having a wonderful time on their new jungle gym and i'm loving being out there too. of coarse my crafty time is taking a hit. oh well spring fever what ya gonna do right. lol. Glad the weather has ben kind, it has been awful here especially in the North where people have had so much snow. Horrible accidents and people with no electricity.
