My card today was a little experiment with some ideas I had lately. I took a sentiment and just kept stamping it over and over on white card stock just to make my own background. I am actually really liking the look. I then used my nestablities to cut out the opening of the card so you can see in the inside. Inside is a wonderful image of Tildas fireplace that my friend Carolyn let me borrow from her new order she received last week. How nice is that! The fireplace is coloured with lyras and Tilda holding her wreath is coloured with copics!

What a great idea. Love the opening on this card. My card arrived this afternoon. Thanks so much Christine it is beautiful but you haven't converted me yet, lol. The stitching is very impressive and love the snowmen of course. Marianne x

Christine, you make me giggle. You are so funny. Thanks for always leaving me lovely comments. I get a lot of inpirations from you, you know. Take this card for example. It's simply gorgeous--fabulous colouring as always. And your experiment with making your own background with the sentiment stamp turned out well. I love the window idea--must remember that one.
