My tribute to the up and coming 2014 Olympics....

It is no secret in this house who loves the Winter Olympics....so today's post is dedicated to the men and women that are headed to Russia in the next couple of weeks to follow their dreams! My little ski-ing Tilda is headed to the mountains to ski her day away..... The top picture is the front of the card and then below is the reveal picture of a pop up card....I really loved doing this one.
I brought out my beloved Maja Papers to do this card, which was a bit hard to cut into to. I sponged my deer with antique linen and vintage photo so they would look a bit real. I coloured Miss Tilda with Distress inks.....and as you can see hopefully....added a lot of glitter!!!!!
A big hello to Beth and Dianne who love there Magnolia's.....this one if for you guys! LOL Beth has a wonderful blog full of her beloved Magnolia projects!

A little side view of how I pop the trees and Tilda up. This folds right down with ease when you close up the card.
So the count down is on for the upcoming winter Olympics. I can hardly wait to watch the Mens Canadian Hockey team go for gold!

I entered this pop up card into the Tilda's Town Challenge....." Celebrate"

Ooh this is fabulous, Christine. Love the pop-up feature inside your card. Adorable Tildas and your colouring is as always superb. I love blue!!! Terrific scenes you've created. Those torn paper edges and the glitter are perfect for the hills.
I've been watching the Olympic events live on TV which means staying up in the wee hours. Go Canada Go!
