True Friends....

I wanted to bring a little spring here to my blog. The weather has not co-operated lately so I thought, that's it...I am doing spring cards! I have fallen totally in love with this Vintage collection of stamps and dies to match! I purchased these gorgeous stamps at One Crazy Stamper. The set is called Just Right True Friends Vintage Labels Four, Heart Scroll Background Stamp and the Justrite Vintage Labels Four Dies. The die in behind the image is a Spellbinders Die, called Spendid Circles, also available at One Crazy Stamper. Oh so pretty I think. I must thank Debbie Olson for the inspiration behind this one!
I coloured each card with prisma pencils and blended with the gamsol....kept it really soft. I sponged the edges with the frayed burlap, distress inks!
I will be doing these cards in a class at One Crazy Stamper in May so if you would love to join us just contact Lora at the store!
Well, today has brought us some sunshine and a little warmer temperatures, finally. So I am headed outside with the dog today to enjoy! Have a wonderful day!

  5. Christine - just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your class today at One Crazy Stamper. As predicted, hubby was impressed. His reaction was WOW!! I stopped at Timmies on my way home for lunch and then had a 2 hr. nap. Can't wait to finish the rest of the cards! BTW, you are a very good teacher and I learned a lot! Anna - aka Oma - I am Dutch and have 3 adorable granddaughters who enjoy making cards with me.

  6. An impressive share! I have just forwarded this onto a co-worker who has been doing a
little research on this. And he actually ordered me lunch simply because I discovered it for
him... lol. So let me reword this.... Thanks
for the meal!! But yeah, thanx for spending time to talk about this topic here on your blog.
