Wowzers, I can't believe I am posting two days in a row. I wanted to get this card done for my Sister in Laws birthday. It is no secret I love Normas Advent Christmas cards she did last year, so I thought what a great idea for a birthday card. Actually it was an excuse to make the calendar type card! This way you can enjoy the whole month of your birthday...don't you think!LOL One day of celebrating...that's not enough!
I made myself a template of a tree trunk and then started punching those Martha Stewart pine branch and frond punches like crazy and tried creating a tree for our little bunnies. The one stamp is from LOTV and the other is from High Hopes, which is available at
ONE CRAZY STAMPER. I love that little guy!
I still have to attach my Happy Birthday sentiment, I just haven't found the one I like for the card.
Now, I never enter into any challenges but thought I would try it out. So I am going to enter
my little card into the following challenges!
Cute Card Thursday- something borrowed ( borrowed lovely Normas idea of the advent calendar)
Papertake Weekly- Anything Goes!
Now I am off to make an envelope to fit this little card! Have a wonderful hopefully, spring like
day!

OMGoodness Christine - so sorry I've been missing your postings (life is crazy as always)!! WOW - you've been doing some amazingly gorgeous work - as always!! This calendar card is just too adorable for words and that tree really deserves a wowzer! Stunning and inspirational as always!
