100th Sketch on the Sweet Stop....

What a great way to start the weekend, with a special treat over at the Sweet Stop Blog. Not only is it our "Sketch with a Spin Week", but it is also the 100th sketch. Korin is offering up a chance for you to win a $25 gift certificate to the store and a tutorial CD from Technique Junkies. Hop on over to the Sweet Stop Sketches Blog to check out all the details!

I must apologize for the lack of posts lately...things have just been a little crazy around here. We have enjoyed a wonderful March Break with the kids...but it does not allow for much crafting time. We are also still in the middle of renovations still, but hopefully by the middle of spring we will be close to being finished....I will be so grateful to have it all completed. It is a project we have taken on since last April. My hubby is the contracter and also has his own contracting business, so you can just imagine how low on the list our house is!!!! But the end result will be so wonderful! Thank-you hubby for making my vision come true!

Have a wonderful weekend.....spring arrives here on Sunday! Yahoooooo!

Love your adorable hAnglar on her sweet violet "cushion"! Fabby papers too!
Hope the renovation work will soon be finished. I must confess that we were about to start on a huge renovation about 3.5 years ago. We had the architect plans prepared, planning permission for the build obtained (something required here in England)and the contractor had been booked for a year and was due to start 5 months later and I balked. We moved house instead! Hugs Lesley

Hi Christine. Such a sweet card. Love the green and purple and the image is adorable. We got a roofspace conversion done when Hollie was 3 months old, it lasted three months and I was glad to see it finished but it was so worthwhile. Hope you get your renovations finished soon, lucky you to have a builder in the family. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Donna

Oh, Christine, this is stunningly gorgeous. You’ve matched that bright shade of pink with the perfect shade of other colours and made it into something that is so pleasing to the eyes. It’s truly magical this knack you have. And of course, your colouring is always top notch. Love the clean look of your card that keeps the focus on the gorgeous image.
Good luck on the reno. Hope it’ll get done fast.
Happy Spring! It really does feel like spring here. Hope it’s the same there.
Hugs,
Norma
