Home for the holidays...

I just wanted to post one of my Christmas cards before I go out and shovel all the snow off the walk-way and the drive-way! We received tons of snow last night. It actually looks really pretty, but by January we are all quite tired of it!!!
For my card I bought this cute QuicKutz embossing folder which I just fell in love with. After embossing the card I cut out the squares so it resembled a window! The bottom picture is the inside of the card! Lots of glitter around the edges...boy my crafting room has never seen so much glitter this holiday season!

I had this Hanglar swag that I coloured with copics and then cut it out and glued it to the nestie! I left a little room to write a personal message!

Hope you are all keeping warm....have a wonderful day!

Adorable Christine.
These hAngler stamps are so sweet, I have a few that someone has stamped for me, but don't own any. Oh tell a lie, I just won one of ebay, but it's a vase of flowers and not a figure. Your embossing folder and the wondow is gorgeous.
Oh wow looks like we are all having snow.
Mind you we have not had as much as you, good luck clearing it away, hope you don't get tons more!!

Gorgeous coloring and I love the window! ....I hear you...I can only deal with a LITTLE bit of snow and winter. By January 1st, I'm usually ready for spring, lol!

Hi Christine. This is gorgeous. Love the window effect and the little image is gorgeous. Beautiful colours too. Think nearly everyone is getting snow, we are told to expect more this weekend and it is supposed to be a lot worse than what we have. Not looking forward to that if its true. Stay indoors, keep warm and do some crafting sounds like a good idea. Donna

This is adorable Christine, I love how you have used the embossing folder and your hAnglar image is coloured beautifully. I don't envy you shovelling the snow. I did our driveway last week and it took ages - I really must get a proper snow shovel!!

I'm sure this wasn't simple to do but the end result is a beautifully clean and simple looking design. Lovely.

What a pretty card with that embossing, and that window cut-out is really clever. Your little Hanglar image is so sweet! Love the way the swag fits in the Nestie. Take a picture of your snow. It's quite cold here but, of course, no snow.
