Brrr...it's cold!

Well, I think things are getting back to a routine around here! I finally was able to hop into my scrapbooking room and see what I could create today! Over at Magnolialicious they have a wonderful challenge for us...and that it is! They would love us to come up with a "Frame Card".
When I first saw it I thought, this is a little too tricky for me. But then I thought...it's a new year, heck this is what challenges are for! The turtorial was created by the very talented Claudia Rose and you can find all her details and instructions to make a "Frame Card" right Here!

Thank-you Danielle so much for providing my scenery which I am so lacking! I just purchased the evergreen branch over the holidays and was thrilled to use it on this card. I also purchased very chilly Tilda and placed her on pop up dots just to give it some depth. I coloured with copics and lyras and prismas...

I am hoping to colour up some more images for some more cards during the big hockey game tonight. The World Junior Hockey Tournament...It is USA vs Canada! How exciting is that!

Go Canada Go!

Love this frame card, think I'll have to try one of those. Love the snowflakes on your blog, though we've got more snow here in England than we are used to having, think we've seen enough of it. Marianne x

Christine, fabulous frame card. I'd to try my hand at it too. Good thing we have the entire month to do it. I like yours. Love the soft colours you used and your beautiful colouring work. Love how you've set up the scene. The snow on the branches and the fence is the perfect touch.

Hugs.
