Anything but a card....

The challenge at Stamptacular is to create anything but a card. I have been on a bit of a roll using my bind it machine! So I thought I would make another recipe booklet! I now have to start adding in all my favourite recipes for Christmas. I can't wait to decorate up the recipe cards! For this project I used my Justrite stamp set. I really enjoy using the justrite stamps as you can personalize to anything you wish! My little bitty mitts are from Karen Lockharts collection of itty bitty stamps. The background was run thru my cuttlebug with the swirls template. The recipe tabs are just using a 1 1/2" circle punch and then using my scallop scissors I cut around the circle using the red cardstock.
Enjoy your Sunday!

I absolutely love this. You've made me want to dust off my bind it all and make some books - and I just might later this week! I can't wait to get my mitts on some justright stamps, but not 'til Oct when I got shopping

What a wondeful idea Christine, nice to make something crafty that you can keep using.

I have a zutter, pretty much the same I think and you have encouraged me to dust it down and make something.

Christine, I love everything about this. How cute, and I love the papers, embossing,... the mittens are adorable and I love that Tilda. Where did you find her? I got to use one of my Tildas the other day and I really missed them (one would ask why since my craftroom has bunches of them), but I had to pre-order some new ones. (I'm pitiful.) This is so cute and I also love my Just-Rite stampers and my Bind-it-All. Too bad we don't live closer so we could work together. Thanks for the smiles.

How sweet, you are going to have a great collection of recipe books (we definately need to see what goes in them - he he). The embossed cover looks great, I don't often use it on that side - must experiment.
