So for this challenge I pulled out the Sugar Nellie stamp called "Hug in a Mug".
I stamped her on a circle nestabilities, then cut around the circle with blue cardstock using just my scalloped scissors, used my papertrey ribbon and added a little embellishment that I got from Stampin Up! I used fun flock on her jacket cuffs!

This is such a lovely card Christine! The image is adorable - I love her rosey cheeks! And the flocking!!! I'd forgotten it even existed ..... I will be hunting for some myself now .. what a fab idea! The papers are beautiful too .... and just perfect!

Oh, so pretty Christine. Makes me want to get cozy with a cup of hot chocolate, although iced tea would be more in order here. Love the idea of the circle up high. This turned out lovely.
