Just Magnolia Challenge...

The challenge this week over at Just Magnolia is to distress your card. I really had a struggle with this one, so I just tried my best! I actually had K& Company paper that I purchased at Michaels that I thought I would use as it really looked distressed to me. I actually distressed the
oval but it is hard to tell with this picture. I coloured little Tilda with her cute little puppy with Lyra pencil crayons, added some embellishments! Pop over to Just Magnolia's blog and check out the DT team..wow...great inspiration there!

Just waiting for Pie....

I finally got to colour up this new Pie in the Window stamp from Karen Lockhart! I just love it!
A very simple card as usual but I just loved colouring it. It brought back memories from when I was a kid...my grandmother actually did put her delicious pies in the window...not just for cooling them off, but it would tease us with the aroma throughout the house!

Cute Card Thursday Challenge!

This week over at Cute Card Thursday the challenge was to make a card with any kind of fruit!

Well..this was right up my alley...I LOVE any stamp with fruit on it! So out came my Karen Lockhart stamps and my Papertrey stamps! I had so much fun with this challenge! I coloured with copics..which I have come to realize that I do need more to add to my collection!

Tilda with Tulips...

Good Wednesday to you all...I put together Tilda with her Tulips sitting on a book. I don't usually use the yellow papers but this time I thought I would try it! I coloured the images with my lyras and just sponged the background just a little!

Hope you have a dry and sunny day were ever you are..because here it just keeps raining. I may have to try another summer card just to feel like it really is summer here in Ontario.

I was finally able to post a card tonight! Our internet has not been working up to snuff because the nasty weather we have been having the last couple of days. So here is my latest card...Finally! I used my new Lockhart stamps that I just received Wednesday in the mail and I'm thrilled with them..I coloured the images with Lyras!
